McCormack Training was established in 1996 by Senior Trainer Andy McCormack who has a Military and Civilian/Police service background, academic qualifications in Psychology and Sociology, a Certificate in Education and various training fields.

Andy is also qualified in Suzy Lamplugh training techniques, an NHS Trust training provider, accredited CFSMS (Counter Fraud and Security Management Services) and Skills for Security qualified. He is a graduate member of the ICM (Institute of Conflict Management) and has received their Quality Award. In 2007 McCormack Training Ltd. began working with other companies in delivering BILD accredited courses (British Institute of Learning Disabilities).

He empowers his clients' staff to deal with wide-ranging issues in an efficient, effective, professional manner, complying with all relevant government legislation and client instructions aiding their employees to reduce sickness levels and absenteeism, stress and increasing self-confidence.
