Stress Management

“In today’s society everyone wants everything done yesterday”

Workload increases, there’s never enough time to deal with each task and we feel we are only doing a fire-fighting solution.

This has a great effect on the person and the company with loss of self-esteem and large numbers of lost days due to sickness.

Recent surveys have shown that absenteeism caused by stress related illness contributed to loss of profit in various industries.

The aims of this course will be achieved through workshop, group discussions, relating to our own experiences, self analysis questionnaires and group scenarios, dealing with stress management effectively.
