Level 3 Physical Intervention Train the Trainer Course.

Course dates 2,3,4,5 March 2012

 

 

McCormack Training are providing a Level 3 Train the Trainer Course in Physical Intervention on the above dates and location. As you are aware the level 2 syllabus alone does not always answer the needs of those working the Security Industry especially in the role as Door Supervisor.

Therefore on this course we will teach you techniques that address these issues allowing you as an Instructor to offer additional training based on your clients risks.

Both the level 2 course techniques and the advanced physical intervention tutor course techniques have been approved within the McCormack Training Pack by the Awarding Bodies and have been risked assessed by an independent panel of experts in ther fields.

These techniques are currently taught to other various official institutes as approved techniques.

You will be provided with a level 3 Manual which contains lesson plans, risk assessment sheets, photographs and step by step guides on the techniques employed.

 

A licence agreement for twelve months is also included which will have to be shown to the Awarding Body that you will be working too.

 

Entry criteria possession of:-

• 1 current valid adult teaching qualification must be PTTLS( or working towards PTTLS securing it in next three months)
• 2 1886 or BTEC Conflict Management qualification (or working towards it securing it in next three months
• If you do not possess these qualifications then the PI Portfolio cannot be submitted for consideration by the Awarding Body. We can provide these courses for you if required.

Th The cost of this course is £825 plus vat and covers the cost of the four day intensive course, the manual and licence agreement. It also caters for morning and afternoon coffees and sandwich lunches.

The venue for this course is the Holliday Inn, Chapel Lane, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 7BG which is adjacent to Junction 7 of the M6 Motorway.
