Anger Management Workshop

This course is designed to give employees on the front line the tools and skills to be effective, showing us how and why we react to anger through self-assessment, work stress and discussion groups.

Those of us who find that reaction to angry situations can trigger anger in themselves will benefit from this course.

The aims of this course will be achieved through workshops, group discussions, relating to our own experiences, self analysis questionnaires and group scenarios, dealing with anger management effectively.
