Complaints Procedure 01.05.2024
You must immediately complete the Complaints Form included in your induction pack.
Every effort will be made to solve any complaint at an early stage to the satisfaction of those involved. No longer than 7 days will lapse from the time you request a meeting and the meeting-taking place. A thorough investigation will be taking place during this time.
You have a right to be accompanied by a colleague of your choice at any stage of the procedure.
Documentation of all stages will be kept.
Stage 1
If you feel you have a cause for complaint in relation to the course you should firstly discuss it with your trainer. It is hoped that at this stage a solution will be resolved that is satisfactory to both parties.
Stage 2
If a satisfactory solution is not obtained at stage 1 you may request to speak to the next person in the management chain, who will also seek to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
Stage 3
You may appeal against the decision at a hearing. The hearing will review the complaint and the handling of the procedure and the outcome. It is hoped a solution satisfactory to both parties will be found.
The decision of the hearing will be final.
