This is a one day course for those trainers who already hold a Level 3 Education and Training Cert or equivalent/above a Level 3 in Delivery of Conflict Management Training Certificate.
The one day workshop will show a different approach to delivering Conflict Resolution meeting the content of Unit 2 of the BILD Accredited PMVA Course. This is done through discussion groups, scenarios and group work. Delegates attending this course will be required to complete their own work book.
You will be given all your training material, lesson plans, power point presentation and access to obtaining the delegates workbooks for your classes.
